When you sponsor an event or run a campaign, Lead Insights calculates the Engagement Level of:
- Individual leads
- Groups of users from the same organization (Account)
Score Meanings
Engagement Level serves as a key metric, illustrating the extent to which users and groups engage with your company's presence or content.
Each lead interaction gets a score based on its significance. These scores are combined to form an ‘Engagement Score’. This score is then compared with others and categorized into groups from ‘Very High’ to ‘Very Low’ engagement. This helps us measure each lead’s level of engagement.
