Utilize the Ideal Customer Profile (ICP) function to define what a good fit looks like for your organization.
This could be based on characteristics including industry, company size, and location. Maintaining a list of ICPs helps you focus your efforts on selling to targeted profiles and accounts.

To manage your ICPs, go to the “Ideal Customer Profile” section.
Create an ICP
Click on the “Add Ideal Customer Profile” button
Select your ICP definitions from a list of firmographic options.
Enter a name and description for your ICP, then click save.
After mapping is complete, you will see the list of leads associated with your ICP.
Modify an ICP
Click on "Edit" next to the ICP name.
Select your new definitions, then save.
Remove an ICP
Click on "Remove" next to the ICP name.
Dynamic updates
Your ICPs will dynamically update when a lead enters or leaves your pre-defined criteria.
For example, you can create an ICP for leads with a Very High engagement level.
If a lead's engagement level increases from 'Average' to 'Very High', they will move to your pre-set ICP.
