This article will guide you through two different methods to export lead data from our platform. Each method serves a unique purpose and the one you choose depends on the specific data you need.

Method 1: Exporting Specific Lead Data

If you’re interested in exporting specific data points, follow these steps:

Navigate to the ‘Leads’ tab on the platform.

Click on ‘Manage Columns’. This will allow you to select or deselect the data you want to include in your export.

Make your selections as per your requirements. Remember, you can choose any combination of data fields available, you can also arrange these columns in any order you want by clicking and dragging.

Click on ‘Apply’ to save your changes. This step is crucial to ensure your customizations are captured. Please note, the export will only include the columns currently displayed on your dashboard.

If you’d like to further refine your dashboard to display specific leads only, you can achieve this by clicking on the ‘All Filters’ button. This will provide you with a range of filtering options, such as by Campaign name, Activity type, and more. It’s important to remember that the data you export will mirror your dashboard’s current view, based on the filters and columns you’ve set.

Once you have customized your columns and filters:

Click on ‘Export Leads’. This will trigger the download of an Excel file containing all the data displayed on the Leads page as per your column and filter customization.

Method 2: Exporting All Available Lead Data

If you need a comprehensive export that includes all available data for your leads, follow these steps:

Go to the ‘Data Management’ tab on the platform.

Choose the campaign for which you need data.

    Click on ‘Export’.

This will trigger a download of an Excel file, similar to the first method. However, this time, the Excel file will include all available data for each lead from the chosen campaign . If a leads data appears multiple times this means that a lead has engaged multiple times and each line will show a different activity type.
