Segments are defined by a set of conditions based on your criteria. You can export your segments for use in follow-up sales campaigns.
Segments are static and do not update with new leads after creation. However, Ideal Customer Profile lists are dynamic and will refresh every hour.
ON THIS PAGE

Create a new [empty] segment
- Click on the “Create Segment” button.
- Enter a name and description, then click Create.
Add multiple leads to a segment
- Go to the “Leads” section
- Click All Filters, and select your criteria from multiple options. Then click Apply.
- Tick all leads next to the Name column
- Click “Add to Segments”.
- Choose an existing segment, or create a new one.
Add or remove individual leads from segments
You'll find options to add or remove a lead within their profile page.
See the segments your lead is part of, and remove them if required.
Delete a segment
- Go to the "Segments" section.
- Select the checkbox next to the segment you want to delete, then confirm your intention.
- Please note that you can only delete one segment at a time.
Export Segment
- Click on Segment created that will navigate to Leads Listing page with filter applied
- Click on 'Export'
- Select 'Full Export' or 'Custom Export'
- Excel file will get downloaded.
- When exporting a single segment, the master export file will now include an additional column titled "Segment" as the first column in the sheet. This helps identify which segment the exported leads belong to, improving clarity and consistency in your data exports.
