Aside from seeing detailed information and engagement levels about individual leads, there are other useful functions you can perform through lead profile pages, including:
Segments - individually add or remove your lead from segments.
Favorite lead - this action will add your lead to a list of Favorites. This bookmarked list could serve as your high-priority group of leads for follow-up campaigns.
Add notes - use this space to keep notes relating to interactions with your lead. These notes are visible to everyone in your company and can't be deleted.
Event notes - displays any notes you entered at the time of a lead's badge scan at events.
Rate lead - based on your interaction with an individual lead, you can rate them from 1 to 5 stars. You can then create a filtered segment based on star rating.
