Exporting lead data

Using the Data Management section, you can export a CSV file of all of your leads. This Master Export includes every available data point, including activity, notes and booth scan notes.

You may want to use this function to export a master list of leads for upload to a CRM software.

You can also export a filtered or segmented list of leads.

Export a filtered lead list

You can download a CSV of selected leads by criteria. 

• Go to the “Leads” section. 

• Select your criteria using the Filters option. 

• Add or remove relevant columns using 'Manage Columns'.

• Click “Export Leads”.

Export a segment

To export a pre-defined segment:

• Go to the “Segments” section. 

• Click on your required segment.

• Click “Export Leads”.
